My name is Kate Galliett, and I’ve been a personal trainer and strength coach for over 20 years.
More importantly, I’ve been a human living in a body for more than 40 years - half of which has been spent building a body I love to live in.
I do that by practicing holistic fitness, and that is what I write about here.
Holistic fitness considers the whole person; body, mind, spirit, as well as what signals your body, mind, and spirit are responding to.
It considers the story of who you are, what your body has done to handle the challenges it has faced, where you want to go from here, and how it’s all connected.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hosting health and fitness events in my community, working in my yard, or adventuring in the mountains with my family.
